Meet Stephanie

As a CMI Chartered Manager with extensive recruitment experience since 1999, Steph has a deep understanding of the hiring landscape and can effectively partner and identify top talent into executive HR roles.

Steph’s work across the West End and City of London, as well as regionally across the UK, has given her a comprehensive knowledge of UK HR markets, allowing her to provide a consultative and tailored approach to each individual search. With industry experience that has spanned many sectors, Steph’s typical focus is across the Commerce and Industry markets. She is a trusted advisor and partner in (but certainly not limited to) the manufacturing, engineering and transport, life sciences, consumer and FMCG, tech, energy and renewable sectors.

Steph started her career recruiting within executive assistant and business support which also included HR, this, combined with completing a CIPD qualification, fuelled her passion for the HR community leading her to later specialise in this area. Her 5-year tenure at a well-known HR recruitment firm further solidified her expertise, enabling her to forge strong relationships and successfully recruit multiple Executive and Board-level HR positions across a range of organisations, from FTSE 100 to 350, PE, VC, and founder-led businesses across London and the wider UK. She has since joined Eton Bridge Partners, where she continues to recruit successfully across the executive HR community.

When recruiting, honesty and reliability are at the top of Steph’s priority list; as is working in true partnership. Hiring the top 1% of talent requires an open conversation from day one, which will, in turn, open up innovative and forward-thinking hiring and secure the right talent for the position.

Outside of work, being an ex-heptathlete, you’ll find Steph either off on a run through the countryside or supporting a couple of local charities. Keeping up with her energetic and sporty daughters and husband usually keeps her busy enough!
