Stephen is an Executive Search Partner within our CFO Practice, specialising in senior finance leadership appointments, with a particular focus on CFOs and their direct reports. With over 20 years’ experience, he has delivered executive search mandates across the UK, Europe, and internationally, advising boards and private equity sponsors on critical finance hires.

His track record includes CFO and senior finance appointments across some of the UK’s most well-known Private Equity–backed and Main Market FTSE-listed organisations. Stephen is recognised for his relationship-led approach, providing thoughtful, tailored advice and building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Stephen has a young family, which occupies most of his spare time!

Proud moment

After failing to complete the distance at my first attempt, I’m proud to say that I returned the following year and successfully ran a 56 mile race in time for my 21st birthday.
