Meet Stephen

Stephen is responsible for senior finance appointments across the UK and Europe. His client base is a mixture of Blue Chip and high growth PE backed businesses.

Typical roles include: CFO, Regional/Divisional Finance Director, Group/Divisional Head of FP&A, Group/Divisional Financial Controller, Finance Director – SSC, Group/Divisional Heads of Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Audit, M&A and Corporate Development.

After graduating from The University of Nottingham’s business school, Stephen started his career at an international finance recruitment firm. Over the next 10 years he achieved considerable success in the finance market, notably in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Energy sectors, before moving into a leadership role.

Stephen takes pride in providing tailored support to his client’s businesses and his candidate’s careers. He believes it is important to build long term relationships. His goal is to bring people and opportunities together.

Outside of work, Stephen has a young family which takes up most of his spare time. In a previous life, he ran long distance events, was a keen rock climber, and an enthusiastic (if amateur!) mountaineer. He hopes to pick these back up when family and work allow!
