Meet Tamara

Tamara works within the Finance team as the company’s Head of Compliance, focusing on the business meeting our corporate and statutory responsibilities. Her role involves managing the onboarding of our new interim contractors and ensuring we are compliant with GDPR across the business.

Tamara is passionate about customer service and is always on hand to assist when required. Prior to this role Tamara worked within our HR Practice as a Researcher/ Candidate Manager.

Tamara lives in Berkshire with her husband, and two children who keep her very busy. If she finds spare time she enjoys pilates, cooking, eating out and watching American TV shows. She owns a VW T25 camper van called “Tallulah” which she uses regularly for weekends away and European road trips. When not camping Tamara will always find time for a ski holiday.
