Meet Tej

Tej works within the Consulting Practice at Eton Bridge Partners, supporting our consultants and sourcing top quality candidates. She brings a strong analytical, end-to-end approach to her work ensuring no stone is unturned.

Tej previously had a 19-year career in Food and Department store retail predominantly focused on operational strategy development and process/productivity improvement. She had a short stint in the charity sector leading on several work-streams to improve processes and introduce new GDPR practices.

In her spare time, Tej enjoys a spin class and weight training, getting creative with art supplies, and teaching her dog new tricks.

Joined the EBP team in 2021

Proud moment

My proudest moment was completing the Lake District Keswick to Barrow 40 mile charity walk in 12.5 hours.

Most memorable day

Alongside the usual being proposed to, wedding day etc, a most memorable day for me was when I was told that a friend and I had won a competition to get our gin manufactured and sold on Waitrose Cellar!
