Meet Tom

Before joining Eton Bridge Partners, Tom graduated from Durham University with a degree in Psychology, laying a strong foundation for understanding people and organisational dynamics. He went on to build his career in recruitment, gaining extensive experience supporting senior-level and C-suite searches across a range of sectors, including financial services and technology. Along the way, Tom has developed a reputation for his strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Tom is an avid Liverpool fan and enjoys keeping active at the gym. He also enjoys cooking new recipes and looking after his growing collection of houseplants.

Most memorable day

I went on a guided jet ski tour during a trip to Malaysia, exploring the coastline, remote islands, and even spotting some dolphins too!
