Keith took the time to talk us through his journey from interim to permanent, and then how he went on to complete a successful business sale for Elysium Healthcare and their backers, BC Partners. He also provides advice to aspiring CFO’s and outlines his approach to success.

Keith is an incredibly bright, commercially aware, low ego CFO who is a real asset. A strong business partner to the Board and investor base and someone who is willing to make take tough transformational decisions to drive business performance. Keith was critical in the businesses successful exit and I’d say he is one of the best CFOs I’ve worked with.
