Every year, Best Companies celebrates the very best in workplace engagement. Eton Bridge Partners took part for the second year in a row, and we are delighted to have maintained our 3-star rating as a world class place to work.

We are also honoured to have moved up a category to have placed number 48 in the top 100 Best Mid-sized companies list.

This highly competitive list spotlights the top 100 mid-size companies with the highest Best Companies Index scores. Organisations in the ‘mid-sized’ category must employ between 75 – 199 full-time employees and achieve outstanding scores across all aspects of the BC scoring matrix. A key part of this process is a voluntary employee survey carried out by Best Companies. The results were announced at Best Companies Live celebration on 4^th November 2022.

Earning a place as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For is an accolade like no other and something that organisations across the UK strive for – but only the very best achieve. This award recognises our commitment to our employees and demonstrates that Eton Bridge Partners sees workplace engagement as a vital part of our organisation’s success.

I’m delighted we have held onto our 3-star world class rating for the second year in a row. Having taken part in the Best Companies survey last year we found it to be a huge benefit in helping to pinpoint the areas that the business was excelling in, as well as the areas we could improve. The ability to gather real-time feedback across the business has been very insightful. As a result of the 2021 survey for example, we created a ‘Giving Something Back’ community to continue to drive our charity efforts as a business.This year, we have supported local food banks and schools as well as partnering on Street Child World Cup. Fostering a culture which allows our team to thrive and enjoy their roles remains my number one priority. Giving the business a voice through initiatives such as this will enable us to achieve exactly that.
