Meet Freddy

Upon graduating from SOAS focusing on the Study of Religions and History, Freddy stepped into the world of recruitment. He spent 5 years specialising in recruiting Interim Treasury Executives. Working with various sectors ranging from the FTSE 100 to Private Equity backed clients, he focuses on the Interim Head of Treasury / Interim Group Treasurer appointments.

Freddy’s strengths lie in his consistency and dedication to his clients and candidates. Not only finding candidates new roles, but also advising them on how best to approach the market.

Freddy is an avid follower of Rugby Union and Boxing (Bristol Bears supporter). He also tries to get himself on the slopes at least once a year having been a ski instructor earlier on in his life.

Growing up I wanted to be a fighter pilot… However, recruitment is just as good.

Freddy has assisted me ever since I decided to become an interim treasurer and was instrumental in finding my first role. His excellent knowledge of the treasury market is the reason why he is so effective and also his honest straight forward approach to the recruitment process. Freddy was also involved in my third interim role and his deep understanding of the requirements of the role and my skills was impressive. During my time working with Freddy he has proven to be very consistent and successful in finding great opportunities and I look forward to working with him in the future
