Meet Gill

Gill is responsible for all aspects of financial management including internal reporting, statutory reporting and compliance at Eton Bridge Partners.

She started her career in finance as a trainee management accountant in London where she completed her CIMA exams (ACMA).

After qualifying Gill worked with a German pharmaceutical company as divisional controller before joining financial recruitment experts, Martin Ward Anderson in 1999. During more than 11 years with the company she transformed their finance team, implemented numerous process improvements, including electronic time sheet systems, and was heavily involved in the sale to Randstad in 2005.

In September 2010 she joined Investigo, a rapidly growing interim and search recruiter with several offices in the UK and Hong Kong. Here she set up a new finance team and systems to bring the function back in-house from an outsourced finance provider.

Gill has a constant focus on process efficiency and is always looking for ways to improve service and results. She lives in the village of Holyport with her husband and two school-aged children and enjoys family days out, particularly motor racing or going to the beach.
