Jason sits within the CFO & Private Equity Practice and has spent over 13 years partnering with organisations to appoint senior finance leaders. He works closely with private equity investors and their portfolio companies, as well as privately owned and publicly listed businesses globally, supporting boards and leadership teams in securing the right finance talent to deliver strategic impact and long-term value.

His mandates have included CFOs, Divisional and Regional Finance Leaders, Heads/Directors of FP&A, Group Financial Controllers, Non-Executive Directors, and Finance Operating Partners. Jason is recognised for his partnership-led approach, perseverance, and ability to build lasting relationships, which have established him as a trusted adviser to many. He combines deep market knowledge with a pragmatic, hands-on style that ensures successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Eton Bridge Partners, Jason co-led the CFO & Board Practice at a leading executive search firm. His experience gave him broad exposure to diverse ownership models, leadership challenges, and sector dynamics, equipping him with valuable insights into the evolving demands of modern finance leadership.

Outside of work, Jason is a proud husband and father, and the owner of a lively cockapoo, Rex. He is also a keen sports fan, regularly attending live events, and remains a loyal, if long-suffering, Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder.
