Jayna has over 15 years of experience in recruiting professionals in end to end supply chain, the last 12 have been spent building and scaling a dedicated supply chain, logistics, and procurement practice at a boutique agency.

She’s spent her career partnering closely with leadership teams, earning a trusted reputation and building a deeply connected network. She is genuinely passionate about supply chain operations, appreciating the opportunity to learn about the real impact it makes on wider business performance. She translates this into turning complex talent briefs into meaningful dialogues and exceptional leadership outcomes.

Throughout her career, she has combined strategic director-level responsibilities with a hands-on approach to client partnership, developing a mature, trusted network.

Outside of work she spends her time with her family making the most of her hometown Brighton. A proud mum to two boys, happily married, and enjoys all things food, reading a good book and staying active.
