Jonny focuses on interim executive appointments, partnering with organisations across a wide range of industries and ownership structures, including private equity-backed, listed, and privately owned businesses.

Specialising in senior interim mandates, Jonny places transformational leaders into critical roles such as Interim CEO, MD, and COO. He also works extensively with enterprise-wide transformation experts, including specialists in integration and carve-out, target operating model design, and business-critical change programmes.

Jonny brings a consultative and pragmatic approach to his work, supporting clients through complex periods of transition and transformation by providing rapid access to proven, results-driven talent.

In his spare time, Jonny loves to play golf and cricket, attend live sports events, and read historical novels.
