As a Partner in Eton Bridge Partners’ CEO Practice, Kate works with boards, investors and leadership teams to appoint CEOs and senior executives who can lead organisations through growth and transformation. She brings more than 30 years’ experience across executive search, talent consulting and commercial leadership, having held senior roles at Capital Futures, Korn Ferry, Odgers Berndtson and Harvey Nash.

Kate is known for her collaborative, pragmatic approach and her ability to build consensus across complex stakeholder groups. She is passionate about helping organisations make confident leadership decisions that create lasting impact.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her daughter, Freya, and their two dogs, Daisy and Poppy. She loves travelling, is a keen tennis fan, enjoys hiking, live music and yoga, and is a proud fundraiser for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
