Meet Kyle

As Head of Research, Kyle drives the delivery of research excellence across the Search service line, ensuring the highest standards for both our clients and candidates. He is passionate about leading a team of top-performing researchers and is committed to maintaining the high-quality standards and values that our clients and candidates expect from a trusted partner in executive search. Before joining Eton Bridge Partners, Kyle built a solid foundation in software and ICT sales, gaining deep insights into diverse businesses and customer needs.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Johannesburg and a postgraduate diploma from the University of South Africa. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys the outdoors and staying active in the gym.

Proud moment

My proudest moment was selling everything and moving to the UK without much of a plan; a month later I started a new job at Eton Bridge Partners, had somewhere decent to live, and made some good friends along the way.

Childhood aspirations

I wanted to be a sports physiotherapist growing up. I enjoyed biology at school and playing sports. I had a lot of sessions with a physio after a bad sports injury when I was younger and the idea stuck with me.
