Louis Henry specialises in recruiting senior HR and People leadership roles across EMEA and North America, including Chief People Officers and their direct teams, covering Business Partnering, Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, and Transformation.

Louis began his career in France as an in-house talent partner for an international industrial group, focusing on hiring top engineering graduates. He then transitioned into Executive Search, working with leading firms in Paris as a Researcher, Head of Research, and Consultant. His assignments spanned a wide range of sectors, including industry, start-ups, technology, and consumer goods.

After several years building a strong network in Paris, Louis moved to the UK to deepen his expertise in senior HR recruitment and joined Eton Bridge Partners in 2020, where he now serves as Associate Partner.

He is also actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion, serving as a mentor for Black Women in HR and moderating panels on topics such as elevating diverse excellence in the workplace.

Louis graduated in HR Strategic Management from Université de Lorraine (IAE). With a rich Franco-British background, he brings cultural nuance and empathy to his work. Outside of recruitment, he’s passionate about French gastronomy (especially from Lorraine and Alsace), English football, and darts. A musician at heart, he enjoys playing tracks ranging from jazz fusion and classic Chicago house to heavy metal on guitar, drums, or behind the decks.

Proud moment

My proudest moment was when I was 17; I won a contest with my Indie rock band and played a gig in front of 5000 people, near Bar-le-Duc. Unfortunately, we didn’t survive our growing fame in the East of France and split up the next year!

Favourite era

Not the most original of ideas, I know, but I would have loved to have been present at the genesis of the Bauhaus art school and movement.
