Lucy joins EBP from one of the SHREK Executive Search firms with experience working across a variety of sectors. She prides herself in her ability to create form and order and can manage the most complex of schedules ensuring no stone is left unturned. Lucy enjoys creating new processes and ways of working and if there is a more efficient way to complete something, she will be sure to implement it.

Lucy supports our Board Practice as an Executive Assistant and during her spare time can be found either training at the gym getting ready to partake in the next HYROX event, or enjoying a nice cold glass of rose! A balanced life she agrees is key!

Proud moment

I’m most proud of my overall competitive salsa career in Australia. I was undefeated winning all my competitions before retiring! I still love dancing, although am no longer in a team.

Childhood aspirations

I wanted to be Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, I was obsessed with her journey to Oz (and the ruby slippers!) Like Dorothy and after my own journey to Aus, I agree – there really is no place like home!
