Meet Lucy

Lucy joined EBP as an executive assistant and quickly identified her strengths supporting candidates to find their next opportunity. She has a passion for technology and enjoys working closely with clients.

Before joining Eton Bridge, Lucy enjoyed a 10-year career in policing. Becoming a detective was the highlight for her and her favourite role was being a family liaison officer, where she would support victims & their families through the most serious crimes. She has a passion for supporting people, making a positive impact, and doing her best to help change people’s lives for the better.

Outside of work Lucy has a keen interest in art and music and loves to travel the world with her husband.
