Ross has a great work ethic and has consistently supported me in a number of assignments and always manages to deliver. Ross takes ownership of the requirements and will work tirelessly to deliver the right candidates and often to very tight deadlines on a competitive basis. I could not ask for more; she owned the assignment throughout, not just the first phone call.
