The CPO recruitment was a positive experience, and a very successful process. After agreeing a brief, the long list, and then list of people we interviewed gave contrasting candidates, helping us to narrow down to the two whom we progressed.
The advice from Katrina in securing our preferred candidate, especially around package negotiations and addressing key questions on both sides was excellent. The whole process went smoothly, and quickly led to securing our number one pick for the role.
