Meet Ashton

Ashton is a Non-Executive Director for Eton Bridge Partners, supporting the leadership team and Elysian Capital as a member of the Board.

His early career was spent in London and Hong Kong in investment banking executive search, before returning to the UK to help establish a highly regarded Windsor-based executive recruitment firm, which was sold to a publicly quoted group in 2007. Ashton co-founded Eton Bridge Partners in 2010 and in 2022 became Non-Executive Director.

Ashton enjoys travelling with his wife Rowena, walking his dogs, Nelson and Hugo, boating on the Thames and all things coastal. He is also a keen rugby supporter and F1 fan.

Proud moment

I have always been extremely proud of our armed forces and am particularly proud of my late brother and father, both of whom served in combat flying the Sea Harrier in the Falklands and Harrier in Afghanistan.

Interesting fact

During my time as Managing Partner of Eton Bridge Partners, I swam 1.8km almost every working day, which is approximately 4,500km, or once across the Atlantic Ocean.
