I am pleased to announce that Steve Deverill has been appointed as Managing Partner of Eton Bridge Partners from January 1^st 2022.

As I move to non-executive director, I am extremely proud of what we have collectively achieved since establishing the business in 2010. We have always been focussed on our reputation, delivering results for our clients and for our executive network. It has been a huge team effort and at the heart of it has been the way we conduct ourselves and work as a team. My colleagues have created a culture of care, kindness, respect, trust and collaboration, which have been the foundations of our success to date.

As we embark on the next chapter, we have an outstanding team with a strong platform for growth. We are ranked the number one interim provider in the UK and one of the best small companies to work for, for which we are humbled. Our search business has become a market leader with the growth of our eight specialist practices supporting clients across the breadth of corporate leadership and delivering assignments across the globe. In addition, we are building a Consulting team to provide our clients with a strategic partner to successfully deliver growth, innovation and large-scale transformation.

Steve has successfully built our Business Transformation practice into a market leader and will now take on the role of managing the broader business. Our culture and values are at the heart of all we do, and as such I am pleased to be able to pass on the responsibility of leading Eton Bridge Partners to Steve. With natural leadership qualities and a passion for continued growth and success, our business, our clients and colleagues are in good hands.

I would like to thank my colleagues, clients and our executive network for their ongoing support. I will continue to support Steve and the business as a non-executive director, as we look forward to a bright future under his leadership.
