Meet Josh

Josh specialises in senior-level recruitment within transformation and digital & technology, supporting organisations with their leadership hires. Assignments include: Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Product Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Digital Officer roles as well as their direct reports.

He has spent several years recruiting Digital and Technology Leaders across a broad spectrum of industries that span FTSE100, FTSE250, SAAS, Private Equity and Venture Capital-backed organisations, and has earnt a solid and reliable reputation with his network in this space. Josh particularly enjoys understanding the challenges that businesses face and working closely with our network to support those businesses in achieving their strategic goals.

He is a firm believer that good people recommend good people, so Josh is always looking to grow his network in exactly this way. Referrals and recommendations are key to us retaining the high quality of talent within our network and this is constantly reviewed and refined.

Outside of work, Josh spends his time travelling, fair-weather cycling and has a keen personal interest in the Venture Capital Ecosystem.

Proud moment

I grew up with a Father who is Deaf/Hearing Impaired. I’m proud to say that this has given me the opportunity to learn to be natively fluent in Sign Language in three different variations of English Sign Language across three different international dialects including Australian (Auslan) , British and American.

Favourite era

If I could travel to any era, I would choose Ancient Greece during the Classical Period, the pillars of society seem to have been built and shaped by Ancient Greek Philosophies and Principles.
