Eloise Phillips

Meet Eloise

Eloise graduated from the University of Bristol with a first-class honours degree in Criminology and has always loved working with people. She began her career at Eton Bridge as an Executive Assistant before moving into a Researcher role, where she has gained valuable experience across both client and candidate management.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, Eloise takes pride in maintaining professionalism while building genuine, personal relationships. Her earlier experience in hospitality throughout school and university taught her the value of clear communication and a strong work ethic – skills she continues to draw on today.

Outside of work, Eloise enjoys spending time with family and friends, sailing, hiking in the Lake District, cooking new dishes, and getting creative with art.
