Mandeep is experienced in managing both candidate and client relationships across multiple industries in Finance and Accounting, including Education, Media, Professional Services, Banking, Fintech and Insurance.

Building strong relationships goes to the heart of Mandeep’s process and she has demonstrated excellence in supporting her clients with hiring challenges, providing creative solutions and insight into the market every step of the way.

LLB graduate and LPC trained, Mandeep spent her former career as an Adjudicator, Arbitrator and Mediator.  Offering a unique, dynamic and proactive approach when exploring and mapping the market, Mandeep ensures that both her candidates and clients receive exceptional care.

Assisting her clients with problem solving, whilst sourcing the best talent in accordance with requirements, including skills and cultural fit, Mandeep prides herself in her transparent and honest approach, treating others with respect and making a positive impact on the professionals she works with.

Outside of work, Mandeep enjoys travelling, reading, and food!
